The Solarium Bistro is a Mediterranean buffet restaurant that has some Royal Caribbean cruises where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner with a wide range of healthy and tasty dishes. 

This restaurant is included (free) in the price of the cruise, so you do not have to pay anything extra to access and with a menu of the most extensive with dishes such as the following:

At Solarium Bistro, each dish highlights freshness and flavor, and the menu changes daily. At breakfast, staples such as yogurt, seasonal fruits, grilled eggs and sausage, as well as continental classics such as bagels and pastries can be enjoyed. At lunch and dinner, the restaurant transports diners to some of the major culinary capitals of the Mediterranean coast and beyond, with options such as fresh mussels, Greek salad, Arabic bread with homemade tzatziki and Baba Ganoush, lamb chops with fresh mint juice, and lobster with spicy citrus butter. In addition, the menu also offers vegetarian and gluten-free options.

In addition to the menu and buffet items, you can sometimes find surprise dishes that change from time to time. Solarium Bistro has a casual dress code and is the perfect place to enjoy a healthy and tasty gastronomic getaway on the high seas. It is important to note that during China tours, the restaurant is referred to as Hot Pot.
