Shops on Cruise Ships

Cruise ships can also be compared as large resort hotels or even in some cases as shopping malls in some parts of the ship to have a multitude of stores where you can buy all kinds of products.

The stores that normally have the cruises would be the following that we put in the list:

  • Jewelry: It's usually a very common store on almost all cruises where you can buy all kinds of jewelry such as rings, necklaces, watches, and other types of luxury accessories.
  • Boutique: Some cruises have stores for clothing, shoes, and accessories from recognized brands with special discounts of up to 70/80% for a few days.
  • Gifts: Of course, there is a gift shop where you can buy cruise and cruise line merchandising such as stuffed animals, hats, ship models, t-shirts with the company logo, etc.
  • Supermarket: They also have a store that sells nuts, chocolates, drinks, liquor, tobacco, cookies, candy, and health and personal care products that are often forgotten to bring to the ship, like razors or feminine hygiene products.
  • Perfumery: This is the star store in many cruises, with recognized brands such as Chanel, Dior, Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani, Versace, Hugo Boss, Paco Rabanne, or Ralph Lauren among others.
  • Electronics: This type of store is becoming less common on modern cruises, focusing more on the previous ones but still providing items such as headphones, phones, consoles, chargers, cables, etc.
  • Vending Machines: There are special machines that sell all kinds of items from the previous stores but are available 24 hours as long as the ship is not in port.

Keep in mind that the stores available vary greatly from cruise ship to cruise ship, each focusing on different products and brands, although almost all of them are similar. As a tip, we recommend you to check the ship's logbook that is placed in your cabin every night to see the best offers in the stores.
